I have opened a project in the sourceforge.net. The name is "myLTE". Currently thinking at least a very minimal working MAC layer for eNodeB develop and publish by the early 2012. Let see how it progress. Still it is in study phase and thinking how to design. http://sourceforge.net/p/mylte/wiki/Home/ -srinivas.

Am seen just now, i think this is one week old, an open source LTE RLC (36.322 based) library work of 0.6 version (Alpha) project here at this location. http://sourceforge.net/projects/librlclte/ -srinivas.
