mylte

I have opened a project in the sourceforge.net. The name is "myLTE". Currently thinking at least a very minimal working MAC layer for eNodeB develop and publish by the early 2012. librlc: An open source LTE RLC library.

Am seen just now, i think this is one week old, an open source LTE RLC (36.322 based) library work of 0.6 version (Alpha) project here at this location. http://sourceforge.net/projects/librlclte/ -srinivas.
